MediClub is the website via which Medicover Sp. z o.o. provides its services electronically. You can access it at https://www.medistore.com.pl/en/mediclub/,. To become a member of MediClub (to register an account on the MediClub website), you must fill in the registration form, accept the Terms and Conditions available at www.medistore.com.pl/en/a/regulamin-mediclub/,and confirm creation of your account by clicking on the activation link in the e-mail confirming the registration. Membership of MediClub is completely free of charge and does not involve any cost on the part of members. BENEFITS OF MEDICLUB MEMBERSHIP: The website user (MediClub member) can: 1. Register and manage their account. 2. View (in the user’s account) the history and status of orders placed on other Medicover websites (e.g. Medistore) if their purchases were made as a MediClub member. 3. Delete their account (terminate the MediClub Account Agreement). 4. Receive notifications (in e-mails, text messages or messages on the website or in the browser (web push notifications)) about benefits and notifications intended to raise awareness of health care. One of the advantages of registering an account with MediClub is the possibility of obtaining benefits, including DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONAL OFFERS, SPECIAL OFFERS, etc. (the current list of benefits is available at www.mediclub.pl). Benefits are exclusive offers only for MediClub members on products and services to help take care of their health and well-being.
Are there any marketing activities carried out as part of MediClub membership?
By registering with MediClub, you enter into an agreement with us regarding the provision of services by electronic means, within the scope of which we undertake, for instance, to send you notifications (via email or SMS messages, website or browser messages so-called web-push messages) regarding the benefits, as well as notifications aimed at raising awareness of taking care of your health. The above actions are not of marketing nature, but merely contractual provisions and obligations (acceptance of the terms and conditions). In view of the above, the consent, within the meaning of the provisions of Article 10 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, is not required to send such information by the means indicated in the agreement. To unsubscribe from receiving messages or notifications, it is necessary to terminate the contract, which will result in the complete loss of access to your MediClub account. As a MediClub member can I take advantage of discount for visits and tests when I pay for the visit at the facility?
Discounts on selected appointments and tests/examinations are available when shopping online at our online stores medistore.com.pl/en, sklep.medicover.pl/en/, sklep.damian.pl/en, sklep.rehasport.pl/en/, sklep.mindhealth.pl/en/. Furthermore, from time to time, promotional offers for MediClub members on selected products and services are also available at Medicover Centres. You will receive information about these promotional offers at the Medicover Centre during your visit.
What date are needed to set up an account?
To register, fill in the online registration form by entering your name, e-mail address and password (it must have a minimum of 8 characters, including one special character (#?!@$%^&*-_) or a number, one upper case letter and one lower case letter), and read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy - details available in the registration process.
Can I make purchases through medistore.com.pl without enrolling in MediClub and giving consents?
Yes of course. You can make a purchase by choosing the "purchase without enrolling" option. This will mean that you will not be eligible for benefits offered exclusively to MediClub members, such as discounts and special offers, but you can still purchase and use the services available. The decision is yours but we encourage you to join MediClub.
Why can't I log on to my account?
Occasionally the browser may temporarily crash - try refreshing the login page and re-enter the password and login. Make sure the CAPS LOCK button on the keyboard is turned off. If you do not remember your password or the message "Incorrect username or password" appears several times, you can set a new password by clicking on the: “Forgot your password?“ link. You will receive a message to set a new password to the email address provided during enrolment in MediClub. Follow the instructions provided.
Can I change the e-mail address?
Unfortunately this is not possible. The email address provided during enrolment is your account's unique identifier. If you want to change your email address, you must re-enrol in the Programme using a new email address - however, in this case your purchase history and saved data will be lost.
Where can I find my MediClub card?
You can find your MediClub card in your MediClub account – just log in! Go to “My account” and select “MediClub card”. With this card, you can pay less for selected products and services at our medical centres – just show your card to the reception desk employee at your Medicover Centre.
What if I forget my password?
You can set a new password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link. You will receive a message to set a new password to the email address provided during enrolment. Follow the instructions provided.

What is a temporary deactivation of a MediClub account and how does it differ from an account deletion?
You can temporarily deactivate your account if you don't want to receive notifications addressed to MediClub members and don't want to delete your account. You will not be notified of any benefits available to MediClub members or newsletters that promote healthcare awareness. Please note that you will also lose access to other benefits of participating in MediClub Programme, such as discounts and special offers (permanent and limited) for MediClub members, and you will not have access to MediClub account functionality (including order history). Your account has a special function that allows you to temporarily deactivate it yourself. Log in to your MediClub account, click on the icon with the picture of man, then 'Your account' and go to the 'Your statements' tab – uncheck the box and confirm by clicking 'Save'. Temporary account deactivation is not the same as account deletion, so you can return to full functionality at any time. To enjoy all the benefits of MediClub (including discounts and getting notifications to MediClub members), tick checkbox no. 1 again and confirm by clicking 'Save'. Send a request at mediclub@mediclub.pl or call +48 500 900 550 to permanently delete your account and unsubscribe from MediClub. Your access to your personal data and benefits offered to MediClub members will be lost after the account is deleted.
How can I cancel my MediClub membership?
You may resign from using the MediClub website at any time. To do this, use the functionality in your user’s account (it is available after logging in) or send a request to mediclub@mediclub.pl. You will no longer have access to your account and the data stored in your account. Please note that such a decision will entail the loss of the benefits offered by this programme. Subsequent purchases at medistore.com.pl/en/ can then be made in the “BUY WITHOUT REGISTRATION in MediClub” mode.
If I have a Medicover subscription am I also a MediClub member? Or can I become one?
MediClub is available to customers regardless of whether they have a Medicover subscription. Having a subscription is not synonymous with enrolment in MediClub. You must join the MediClub separately. To enrol in the MediClub Programme, complete the online registration form available at https://www.medistore.com.pl/en/mediclub/ by clicking on the JOIN MEDICLUB button anywhere on the page. By joining MediClub you can receive a discount for a visit with a specialist without a referral - for example, to a specialist that is not included in your package.
Aa a MediClub member do Ia have access to Medicover services?
MediClub offers benefits to people purchasing products and services via the website medistore.com.pl/en with services offered directly by Medicover, as well as other entities and brands belonging to the Medicover Group, such as Damian Medical Center, Synevo, MediPartner, Rehasport, Medicover Dentistry and more. Setting up a free account at MediClub will make it easier and more efficient to use all the services available at medistore.com.pl/en
Can I enroll my child in MediClub?
A MediClub account is available only to adults. However, you may add a child or any other loved one to your account. To do this, you must first open an account for yourself, i.e. for an adult. Then, after logging into the account, you can add patient data to the account. Such a patient can be a child or any other loved one.
