Aneta Kosoń is a psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in couple and family therapy as well as eating disorders. She holds a master's degree in psychology from the Faculty of Psychology at SWPS University in Warsaw, where she specialized in clinical and health psychology. She also completed training at the School of Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Institute of Applied Psychology, obtaining a qualification as a psychotherapist specializing in family therapy and addiction therapy.

Her therapeutic approach is based on integrating various techniques that are tailored to the individual needs of the patient and the stage of the psychotherapeutic process. Her knowledge is grounded in scientific research and clinical experience, which she gained while working at the Clinic of Neurosis, Personality Disorders, and Eating Disorders at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw. She is also the coordinator of the educational offer at the European Center for Education and Brain Research as part of the clinical psychology specialization.

She is a solution-focused therapist (TSR), helping patients achieve a specific goal, uncover their resources and potential, and strengthen their belief in their own abilities. Her goal is to achieve lasting changes in the shortest possible time.

Additionally, she is a dietitian who completed both undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Institute of Medical Sciences at the Higher School of Entrepreneurship in Warsaw, specializing in dietary counseling in the field of medical sciences and health sciences, where she obtained her master's degree.
