She completed her psychology studies at SWPS University in Wrocław and her postgraduate psychodietetics studies at SWPS University in Sopot. She continuously expands her knowledge through specialized training and conferences. She is the author of a project examining the quality of life of sailors' marriages and families.

She also supports individuals experiencing emotional and relational crises, gender identity issues, egodystonic sexual orientation, burnout, mobbing, or career changes. She uses cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy in her practice, taking a holistic approach to each patient.
