An online video consultation with a psychologist is a remote meeting with a qualified mental health professional. You talk via a computer or phone with a camera, without commuting and from a place that’s convenient for you. During the consultation, you will discuss your well-being, difficulties, and therapy goals, and the psychologist will suggest the first steps toward support.

How to book a video consultation
- Select a convenient date and click “Reserve”.
- Go to your cart, choose a payment method, and enter your contact details and email address – you will receive a purchase confirmation and a link for the video call there.
- Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
- On the day of the consultation, click the received link, which will activate shortly before the session begins.
- Log in to the video consultation by entering your patient card number (MRN) and password for the full version of Damian Online, or your PESEL number or another identity document.
How to prepare
- Choose a quiet and private place. Use headphones if possible.
- Check your internet connection and make sure your camera and microphone are working properly.
- Prepare your ID document for identity verification.
- Write down key symptoms, questions, and situations you want to discuss.
- Keep water and a notebook within reach.
How the consultation works
- After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation and a video link to the address provided in your order. The link will activate shortly before the start of your session.
- At the beginning, the psychologist will briefly explain the session rules (time, confidentiality, purpose).
- Interview – you will discuss your needs, symptoms, and life situation.
- Recommendations – you will receive an initial action plan, possible therapy directions, or further diagnostics.
- Summary – at the end, you will receive conclusions and suggested next steps.

- The consultation is confidential. We care about the security of your data.
- This service does not replace emergency assistance. In a life- or health-threatening situation, contact emergency services or the nearest emergency department.
- Changes are possible according to the store’s terms and conditions.

- After the consultation, you may receive recommendations and a proposal for follow-up visits.

Important information regarding video consultations
- The appointment will take place if you have previously completed a physical visit at one of our offices or confirmed your identity (via Damian Online Banking or at the reception desk).
- Before your consultation, please read the Terms and Conditions of Service. Without this, you will not be able to log in to the video consultation.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your microphone and camera are working properly.
- You can join the video consultation using a computer or mobile device.
- No additional software installation is required.
- Files sent via chat will not constitute medical records.
- Your medical records from the visit will be available in the full version of Damian Online.
- After purchasing your appointment, we will email you a link to the virtual consultation room. The link will be active 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. To access the room, you will need to log in to Damian Online – please have your card number, PESEL number, and password ready. Remember not to share the consultation link with anyone.
